3.Knitting speed: controlled by servo motor with 24 sections speed optional max 1.2m/s. Servo motor will use the precise back award control and link up the high speed operation ability of digital processor (DSP), which control IGBT to produce the accurate output electric current.
4.Knitting system: single carriage with 3 system.
5.Knitting function: transfer, miss, tuck, pointer, intarsia, jacquard, hide, or apparent shaping and other regular or irregular patterns.
6.Racking: controlled by servo motor racking within 2 inches and with fine adjusting function.

8.Detect alarm system: the safety alarm detect device, achieve to up-down and left-right swing function, which surmount the normal Flat Knitting Machine with detect simply left-right swing only and great increase the detect protect function.
9.Transfer cam: the transfer is compose designed, single or double cam system an other cam system for knitting which will achieve to high production efficiency knit.
10.Stitch density: controlled by stepping motor, adjustable to different knitwear, have various of shaping and patterns.
11.Sinker system: controlled by stepping motor, adjustable to different knitwear,  have various of shaping and patterns.
12.Auto trimming: programmed instruction controlled by stepping motor, 24 levels selection adjustable is 0-100.
13.Yarn feeder: 2*8 yarn feeders on each side of 4 guide rails, shift able on any needle position ( special intarsia carriers optional/).
14.Protection: The machine will auto alarm if yarn-breaking, knots, floating, yarn rewind, end of knitting, fail of racking, needle breakage and error programming occur. Also set up the safety auto-lock protect device.
15.Screen: Adopt LCD touch screen and figure interface, input device: USB internal storage 1G, A great amount of design files can be stored at the same time and they can be fetches out for use at any time as per production requirement.
16.Monitoring menu: Each kind of operation parameter can be shown and it can be adjust at any time when the machine is running. Making conveniences for operations as much as possible.
17.Multi language version:English and Chinese.
